The location is great close to everything, we were upgraded to a nicer bigger room free of charge since it was low season, rooms are tastefully decorated and beds are comfortable. Staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Nice. Would stay there again. Location:. Right in the center of Fatih district, on a little, quiet and sunny street, lots of restaurants a few meters away, easy acces to bus and tram stations, and tourist attractions of the area (such as the Blue Mosque or the Cisterna). Overall:. Nice room (We asked for a change when we arrived, because the first room - at the mezzanine, although nice too, had a too low ceiling, and a lot of AC pipes right outside the window, so it was too noisy. They gave us another one, in a second.). Nice staff, too, polite and helpful. They provide a shuttle to the airport, too (at 15 euros per person). We opted for public transport, for much less of a price (and probably for a similar amount of time). Cleanliness: good; the towels, although obvioulsy washed, were a bit old. Breakfast: diverse; coffee there was not great, but we could buy some good turkish coffee at the bar terrace, right next to the hotel lobby.. A good plus: the room had a kettle and various instant coffee or tea sachets next to it.

I had a diffrent hotel booked with booking.com and my hotel got cancelled on Friday with out any notice i had 48 hours before i land in Istanbul i picked this hotel with out any major research this Hotel is located in a excellent location could not fault this place close to all amenities clean rooms and bathrooms i would definitely stay at this place again thank you all the team members and housekeeping staff at Viva Deluxe Hotel 👌

I was here for one night lay over and had an opportunity to tour the city. Location was excellent- close to all the sites. Spacious, comfortable room and very clean. The host was very welcoming and catering. I checked in early hours in the morning and even then the hotel staff were ready and made it all smooth for me and my daughters. We were even able to have a late check out with no extra cost. Definitely recommend this hotel 🙂

Perfect location and a great base to go exploring Istanbul, very reasonably priced and whilst breakfast was fine - I had boiled eggs or scrambled eggs most days and cheese and bread. The other options looked good - cereals and lots of turkish bits but looked a bit more lunchy! Staff were super helpful and my family loved Istanbul.

First of all I am really grateful for the hospitality. The hotel is located in the central area. It is near to the main touristic points even on foot you can visit many places. Our room was very clean and they were cleaning every single day. They serve very delicious breakfast specially yummy cakes. Hotel staff is really helpful and cultural. We will back here soon!

The hotel is centrally located, within easy reach of all sightseeing and public transport. The hotel is connected with a good restaurant and near the hotel there are plenty of restaurants. Tural upgraded our room when we checked in. The rooms are in need of a makeover, and a few things could be better and need to be repaired. If I would book this hotel again, it would be because of the location and service. Amin does everything to ensure that your stay is pleasant. From reception to transfer arrangements, nothing is too much for them

Super nice hotel in a central area. Helpful and warm-hearted staff made our trip spectacular. Manager Amin and Tural do really professional job regarding costumer satisfaction. They made everything really easy and simple for us. Large room arranged, daily cleaning done and super coffee and 3 types of teabags left for us to the room. Really appreciate the way they have for the breakfast. Hope to come next as well.

f you are searching for an excellent location, this is the best Hotel for the deal. it's close to all the attractions that you want from Istanbul, so close to Egyptian market about 5 minutes walking and about the 10 to the Grand Bazar, also no to far from Taksim about 30 minutes walking and the same time for Fatih Bayazid and Lalelie . that why I give this hotel rank 10/10 for the location. The stuff are really friendly 10/10.

This is my second time staying at viva deluxe it was so worth it we were 3 and they gave us a room with 4 beds very spacious and the bathroom is supposed to was brand new and modern . The location is excellent near every possible way of transfer and eminonu , sultanahmet etc we would definitely stay at here every time we come to istanbul .
